Cancellation Policy
The Karigar believes in helping its customers as much as possible and has a liberal cancellation policy.
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, if the order has been processed and shipped, cancellation requests may not be entertained.
- The Karigar does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc.
- Refunds/replacements are available if the customer establishes that the quality of the delivered product is not satisfactory.
Return & Refund Policy
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the product.
- If you believe the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, report it to our customer service within 7 days of receipt. Our team will review the complaint and take appropriate action.
- Products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty should be referred directly to the manufacturer for issues.
- If a refund is approved by The Karigar, it will take 6-8 business days for the amount to be processed and credited to the customer.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
